MarsAtlas is part of the IntrAnat Electrodes software developed by Olivier David’s team. It is the anatomical parcellation used for localizing intra-cranial electrodes in epileptic patients, and it is the anatomical reference for the F-Tract probabilistic functional connectivity atlas built from 174 patients. We have a new paper out in Neuroimage: Clinical, presenting a meta-analysis of DTI in Parkinson’s disease. This is the result of a collaboration with Cyril Atkinson-Clement and Serge Pinto, from the Laboratoire Parole et Language, and Alexandre Eusebio from INT. See the Publications section.
